Accommodation
There are three rooms available; two with one double bed and one single bed, and one room with one double bed.

The minimum age to stay here is 16 years old, accompanied or authorised by an adult. Not suitable for young children

The kitchen is shared at all times between guests and the owner, whether you are self-catering or not.

On a self-catering basis, you will have access to a fridge-freezer and all kitchen facilities.
Price per day (Minimum 3 Nights) = €65 self catering
Price per day (Minimum 3 Nights) = €85 per person
Price per week = €750 self catering per person per room
Price per week with meals €950 per person per room
BOOKING PROCEDURE

To confirm a booking, we require a deposit of 50% . The remainder is to be paid in full on arrival in Euros.
